Well Testing Engineering

Responsibilities:
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business opportunities.
  • Responsible for but not limited to market development, developing strategies, tender and bidding process including technical and commercial component and relationship building with clients of Reservoir Services department in Indonesia.
  • Assist management in preparing sales revenue forecast and budgets for well testing project and other project from RSD (Reservoir Services Department).
  • Proven leadership skills including managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve objectives with the partner.
  • Must be highly pro-active and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of technology, cooperation, management and marketing.

Requirements:
  • More than 3 years of related oil field experience in Well Testing, Mud Logging, Slickline Operations and analysis etc.
  • It is preferred and advantageous for candidates to have at least 2 years of business development / sales experience in an Oil Company or Service Company.
  • Must possess good oral and written English skills.
